TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 20/10/2025

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and delivery of services (tarot readings, astrocartography, consultations, and related services — collectively “Services”) offered by [Your Business Name], a sole trader / company registered in Malta (hereafter “we”, “us”, or “Provider”). By booking or paying for a Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms.

2. Services & Eligibility

  1. Services are offered to individuals aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent.

  2. All Services are for guidance and personal development only and are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions you make after a reading.

3. Booking & Payment

  1. All sessions must be booked and paid in advance to confirm an appointment. Payment methods are listed on the booking page.

  2. After payment you will receive a confirmation email containing appointment details and any preparatory instructions.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

  1. No refunds will be issued if the client cancels their booking.

  2. Clients may postpone (reschedule) a booked session without penalty by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment via email or the website contact form. Postponements are subject to availability.

  3. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) and no-shows are non-refundable and will be treated as completed sessions.

  4. If the Provider must cancel the appointment, the client will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.

  5. Distance-selling / cooling-off: Under EU and Maltese consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By booking and paying for a Service that will be delivered within this period, you may be asked to give your explicit consent to start the Service immediately and to waive your right to withdraw once the Service has been fully performed. Where such consent is required, it will be asked for and recorded at the time of booking. (See: EU consumer rights / Malta consumer guidance). eccnetmalta.gov.mt+1

5. Rescheduling by Provider

If the Provider needs to reschedule, the client will be offered alternative time(s). If none are suitable, the client may request a refund.

6. Punctuality & Session Time

Please be on time. Any client-caused delay will be deducted from the scheduled session time in order to respect other bookings.

7. Digital Deliverables

Reports, PDF files, and any additional written materials delivered to the client are for the client’s personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information and communications shared during a session are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law. For more detail see our Privacy Policy below.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

  1. Services are provided “as is” for guidance purposes. The Provider makes no guarantees as to outcomes or results.

  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the relevant Service. The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in reports, charts, and written materials provided remain the Provider’s intellectual property. Materials are licensed to the client for personal, non-commercial use only.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Maltese courts. Clients in the EU may also bring complaints to their local European Consumer Centre or the Maltese Consumer Affairs body. For data protection complaints, clients may contact the Malta Information & Data Protection Commissioner. IDPC+1
